Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 for orders under $75, FREE for orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times for international orders:
- Canada and Mexico: 7-14 business days
- Europe, Australia, and New Zealand: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-30 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain product categories. If you have provided a P.O. box address for an order containing these items, our customer service team will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special releases), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our shipments. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the size/weight of your package.
Package Protection
All collectible items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use bubble wrap, foam inserts, and sturdy boxes to protect your items during transit. For particularly delicate or valuable items, we may use additional protective measures.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or receipt (for damaged packages). Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
